About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small team of warehouse leads and associates, setting clear expectations and coaching for performance.
- Own end-to-end warehouse execution, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and material handling.
- Drive performance against key warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, cycle count performance, and safety compliance.
- Manage inventory integrity by establishing cycle count programs and resolving discrepancies through root cause analysis.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including domestic and international documentation and medical equipment packaging.
- Ensure compliance with federal medical device regulations and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
- Maintain a safe, audit-ready work environment by adhering to EHS policies and standard work practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of progressive warehouse or operations leadership experience, including inventory control ownership.
- OR High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of progressive warehouse leadership experience in a hands-on role.
- Strong technical knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.
- Proven ability to lead small teams through presence and influence.
- Ability to operate effectively in a regulated, high-accountability environment.
