Supervisor II

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct baristas in the preparation and serving of food and beverages
• Recruit, train, and mentor baristas to maintain company standards and a positive environment
• Manage inventory and order products to ensure smooth coffee shop operations
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Perform administrative tasks including balancing cash registers and making deposits
• Maintain the interior upkeep and welcoming environment of the coffee shop
• Act as a brand ambassador to drive business within the local market

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail or food service management
• 6-12 months of experience in a customer-facing role
• 6-12 months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employee activities
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks like climbing, bending, and kneeling
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop talent and coach performance
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience working with food and beverage operating systems
