Supervisor I, Warehouse & Distribution Management

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and distribution operations, overseeing team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes.
• Manage day-to-day decisions, task assignments, and workflow optimization for storage space and material flows.
• Ensure strict adherence to GxP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain regulatory compliance and quality control.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate distribution of finished goods.
• Drive talent development through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Implement safety programs and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and zero lost-time accidents.
• Manage warehouse projects, including CAPEX tracking and process changes, while performing root cause analysis for technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a GxP regulated environment.
• Proficiency with logistics operating systems and warehouse technology.
• Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans.
