Supervisor I, Production Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members to ensure efficient task completion and strict adherence to manufacturing processes.
• Manage production activities including assembly, processing, and packaging to meet volume, cost, and quality targets.
• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules and allocate resources.
• Plan and prioritize production line maintenance and downtime to minimize operational disruptions.
• Lead quality investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure all associates adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Foster a culture of excellence through performance management, talent development, and a strong commitment to safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 2 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
• Ability to work onsite for the 2nd shift (Monday – Thursday and every other Friday, 3:00pm – 12:30am).
