Supervisor I

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Coach team members on performance, goals, and service behaviors to ensure excellence
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and VIP retention
• Supervise daily operational tasks including opening/closing, cash handling, and bank deposits
• Manage inventory integrity through accurate POS transactions, shipments, and stockroom organization
• Drive omni-channel and digital initiatives, including virtual selling and social media engagement

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail management or floor leadership experience (luxury or premium retail preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Social media literacy and an understanding of current platform trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling
