Supervisor I

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Coach team members on goals, performance, and ongoing development
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and high-standard service
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and facility security
• Manage inventory functions such as transfers, receiving, shipments, and replenishment
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping
• Maintain an organized stockroom to ensure product availability on the sales floor

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail management or floor leadership experience (luxury or premium retail preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Social media literacy and understanding of digital platform trends
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform physical tasks like climbing, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
