Supervisor I

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and high-standard service behaviors
• Coach team members on performance, goals, and ongoing professional development
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and facility security
• Manage inventory integrity through accurate POS transactions, shipments, and replenishment
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping
• Promote brand awareness through social media engagement and customer data capture

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail management or floor leadership experience (luxury or premium retail preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Social media literacy and understanding of digital platform trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform tasks involving climbing, bending, and kneeling
