Supervisor I

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service and building lasting relationships.
• Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors.
• Provide real-time feedback, training, and support to associates to elevate beverage craft and service skills.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, ordering, inventory management, and food safety.
• Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Uphold brand values and ensure a consistent luxury experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and task delegation.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with food & beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store operating policies, including food safety and cash handling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
