Supervisor HR Services

Responsibilities

• Supervise HR staff by assigning work, reviewing performance, and conducting staff meetings.
• Oversee the application of HR policies regarding employee relations, benefits, and wage administration.
• Coordinate the Performance Management Process to ensure employee development and organizational alignment.
• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and overseeing the onboarding process.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and counsel managers on progressive discipline and employment laws.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including EEO, I-9, and E-verify documentation.
• Administer compensation programs, benefits, and HRIS records.
• Develop and implement training programs, including new hire orientations and career counseling.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Proficiency with HRMS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable employment laws and HR operating procedures.
• Strong human relations problem-solving skills and a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize multiple issues and partner with all levels of management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
