Supervisor, HR Operations GBS

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver accurate, consistent, and trusted HR services across multiple regions.
• Oversee HR Operations and Pre-Payroll processes, ensuring high levels of compliance and efficiency.
• Utilize ERP expertise (such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or ServiceNow) to streamline workflows and reduce friction.
• Coach and guide team members to build capability, confidence, and accountability.
• Monitor performance using dashboards and KPIs to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements.
• Partner with transition teams to ensure new HR projects are embedded smoothly and on schedule.
• Safeguard data integrity across all HR systems to maintain organizational reliability.
• Identify risks and opportunities early to strengthen HR service delivery and introduce best practices.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services environments.
• Proven experience in team management and people development.
• Expertise in transition management, including managing audits and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across different geographies and functions.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• A university degree in any discipline.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
