Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor during shifts to ensure high service levels
• Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
• Contribute to FOH leadership, ensuring structure and a good atmosphere
• Take responsibility for operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence
• Assist with ordering goods and maintaining inventory levels
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, presentable, and ready for service
• Assist in onboarding and training new servers
• Ensure correct cash counting and handle discrepancies
• Participate in meetings with the Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, and HQ
• Ensure smooth flow between the kitchen and front-of-house

Requirements

• Experience as a server with a desire to take the next step into leadership
• Ability to thrive with responsibility and make decisions
• Structured, reliable, and able to maintain an overview
