Supervisor, General Engineering

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes to identify improvement areas and recommend solutions.
• Design and implement process optimization strategies to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve product quality.
• Review and approve design results to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Utilize design software and tools to create, modify, and validate layouts and process documentation.
• Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rates, to develop strategies for meeting or exceeding objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Proven experience in production process design and general engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
