Supervisor - Gaming Marketing Services

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day gaming marketing services and host support activities
• Ensure all gaming marketing activities comply with UAE gaming laws, GCGRA regulations, and internal controls
• Enforce Responsible Gaming principles across all marketing and player engagement activities
• Monitor service delivery for VIP and premium players under enhanced AML, KYC, and risk protocols
• Coordinate with Player Development, Hotel Operations, F&B, and Gaming teams to align marketing activity with floor operations
• Review and submit accurate reports regarding player engagement, service utilization, and regulatory incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a Compliance-related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of hotel reservation experience in a large hotel environment
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience
• Experience working with VIP or Mass players under controlled conditions
• Proficiency in OPERA, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
