Supervisor, Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Direct, motivate, and monitor the performance of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Suggest and implement modifications to enhance warehouse workflow and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and DEA regulations
• Coach employees for professional development and career growth
• Supervise the receipt of merchandise and maintain accurate daily logs
• Oversee staff in counting, weighing, and verifying items against relevant documentation
• Manage the filling and shipping of controlled substances with assistance from clerks
• Maintain detailed records of the delivery process and order-filling procedures
• Ensure high-quality packing to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer delivery or order issues as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate a reach truck (may be required)
• Basic mathematical proficiency and strong organizational skills
• Availability to work extended hours and participate in physical inventory as needed
