Supervisor FSD (Food Service Delivery)

Responsibilities

• Support the Delivery Manager in coordinating logistics operations, order preparation, and shipment consolidation
• Optimize Food Service Delivery (FSD) service levels and stock availability
• Develop productivity improvement actions and optimize operational processes
• Analyze reasons for returns and propose corrective measures
• Control transport boxes and perform monthly inventories
• Ensure compliance with delivery operational procedures with external partners
• Act as a cultural transformation agent promoting continuous improvement
• Optimize operational costs, specifically transport and execution costs
• Supervise service levels to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and maintain customer data in the IT system

Requirements

• 12th grade education in Logistics or Transport (preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar responsibility role within distribution/logistics and transport
• Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of English
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Planning and organizational abilities
