Supervisor, Fraud Investigations

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Fraud Investigators to identify, investigate, and mitigate fraudulent Aircover claims
• Oversee the end-to-end fraud investigation process and search for fingerprints of syndicated bad actors
• Manage team quality, accuracy, and metrics performance through regular coaching and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Trust, Safety, Product Management, and Legal to manage emerging risks
• Develop and implement effective strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent claims
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies indicative of fraudulent activities
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to senior management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in high tech or matrixed global organizations
• 2+ years of experience in a people manager role with a track record of leading high-performing teams
• Experience in fast-paced fraud investigations, preferably in fintech or insurance
• Thorough knowledge of fraud investigations, intelligence tradecraft, systems, and governance
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex topics to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Third Party Administrators/Adjusters concepts
