Supervisor Fleet Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
• Evaluate in-house maintenance and repair programs for plant equipment and implement continuous improvements.
• Manage maintenance budgets and negotiate contracts or warranties with outside vendors.
• Supervise and develop personnel within the maintenance organization.
• Ensure all facilities and operations comply with federal and state regulations, including OSHA and MSHA standards.
• Manage inventory programs for parts and supplies to support ready-mix and aggregate operations.
• Coordinate with departmental managers and EHS to maintain high safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 years of experience in plant production and maintenance, including equipment maintenance and problem resolution.
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
