Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial success and performance of the Preston store as part of the leadership team
• Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Sales Advisors to achieve departmental goals and KPIs
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies
• Manage stock movement, conduct accurate store audits, and implement visual merchandising standards
• Support the Store Manager in monitoring sales targets, customer satisfaction, and wage controls
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance in line with current luxury fashion trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced environment
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising and stock control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and stakeholders
• A proactive problem-solver with a calm approach under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management-related role
• Strong knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends, and materials
