Supervisor (Fitout And FM)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, workforce, and facility operations
• Ensure all work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Monitor quality, productivity, and strict enforcement of HSE safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed maintenance logs
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management
• Manage tenant and client complaints and service requests promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Experience managing daily facility operations and AMC contracts
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities during breakdowns
• Strong communication, time management, and task coordination skills
• Ability to monitor maintenance performance and ensure service quality
