Supervisor - Finance Projects & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide finance transformation initiatives, including the implementation and migration of integrated accounting systems.
• Streamline finance processes by designing and implementing controls to improve payment efficiency and governance.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax laws, and AML regulations, including timely filings and FTA communication.
• Oversee pre-audit functions and conduct reviews of financial transactions to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Manage the renewal of trade licenses, labor law registrations, and other necessary permits for all entities.
• Monitor and resolve gaps in financial system configurations to ensure data integrity and security.
• Track and report on finance department KPIs to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance, specifically focusing on compliance, process governance, and system transformation.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and AML compliance requirements.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems, finance automation tools, and system implementation.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and financial governance standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIA are highly desirable.
