About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily finance operations including cashiering, reimbursements, and cash advances
  • Coordinate resolution of invoice holds, vendor inquiries, and SOA reconciliations
  • Oversee bank administration, fixed asset movements, and credit card administration
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS/PFRS, and company policies
  • Support internal, external, statutory, and group audits
  • Monitor collection-related matters with Credit, Billing, and Collection teams
  • Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Finance Operations team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification preferred
  • 4–7 years of finance operations or accounting experience
  • Previous supervisory exposure preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
