About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily finance operations including cashiering, reimbursements, and cash advances
- Coordinate resolution of invoice holds, vendor inquiries, and SOA reconciliations
- Oversee bank administration, fixed asset movements, and credit card administration
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS/PFRS, and company policies
- Support internal, external, statutory, and group audits
- Monitor collection-related matters with Credit, Billing, and Collection teams
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Supervise, coach, and develop Finance Operations team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- 4–7 years of finance operations or accounting experience
- Previous supervisory exposure preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
