Supervisor - Family Entertainment and Arcade Games

Responsibilities

• Explain game operations and rules to guests to ensure an enjoyable experience
• Manage staff scheduling, section rotations, and team coaching
• Oversee security and stewarding teams on site
• Handle guest complaints and maintain professional service records
• Manage daily operations including opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation
• Monitor merchandise inventory and assist in the re-order process
• Ensure equipment is in excellent condition and perform minor repairs
• Oversee financial tasks including cash drawer counts and payment validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technical degree in hospitality management
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
• Strong command of English and Arabic
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
