Supervisor Facility Management

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operational activities, including documentation, archiving, and official reporting.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and production machinery.
• Monitor infrastructure including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and fire protection systems.
• Manage facility inventory, equipment, and spare parts procurement within approved budgets.
• Supervise internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality facility execution.
• Ensure facility security and strict compliance with K3L and HACCP standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in engineering or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and data management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of K3L and HACCP standards in facility operations.
• Ability to maintain company standards and information confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and fire protection systems.
• Experience in facility maintenance for production machinery, specifically within the flavors or tobacco industries.
• Ability to operate a handstacker.
• Possession of a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi).
