About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities operations and ensure office services meet business needs
- Coordinate with building management to resolve facility issues promptly
- Manage service contracts and monitor performance and costs
- Oversee building security systems and review access and security logs
- Manage facilities administration, including invoices and parking systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of facilities-related experience
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architectural principles
- Experience with facilities systems and workplace software tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
