Supervisor, Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide program management for customer programs, ensuring all project cost, timing, and quality commitments are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams (CFT) to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks using risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Oversee product launches by managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive cost containment and financial management to achieve program financial targets and manage budgets effectively.
• Utilize methodical problem-solving approaches, including the 8D process, to address complex issues and implement root cause solutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for program communication.
• Monitor project progress, prepare accurate status reports for management, and lead "Lessons Learned" reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in sales, product, manufacturing, or quality engineering.
• 3+ years of dedicated project management experience.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies, specifically 8D and FTA.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize resources, and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP or IPMP-C).
• Mastery of program management tools such as xPro and Risk Registers.
