Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure service excellence
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Coordinate with management to implement brand standards and operational improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems and café operations
• High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree
• Professional appearance and commitment to guest satisfaction
