About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the FM in stock ordering and maintaining optimum stock levels
- Lead Store Associates in mass merchandising, shelf management, and cleanliness
- Assist in achieving departmental sales targets
- Ensure product presentation follows planograms and SOPs
- Monitor product expiries and manage stock/shelf viability
- Provide optimum customer service and drive new customer development
- Reduce shrinkage levels and manage department cleanliness
- Train team members to meet operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelors or Intermediate degree
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to follow strict SOPs and professional attire standards
