Supervisor de Ventas Detalle RTM

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team through daily follow-ups to ensure objective fulfillment
• Supervise and manage assigned territories
• Develop team members through training and coaching plans to increase productivity and service at points of sale
• Conduct regular field visits
• Complete administrative reports and analysis in a timely manner
• Analyze KPIs for all assigned routes and develop corresponding action plans

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
• Experience managing teams of 15 to 20 people
• Excellent attitude and customer focus
