About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the B2C sales team to achieve and exceed commercial objectives.
- Develop strategies to increase sales volume and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Monitor team results and key performance metrics to ensure strategic alignment.
- Provide ongoing training and support to staff regarding new products, promotions, and protocols.
- Motivate the team and provide regular feedback to improve individual and collective performance.
- Resolve operational incidents and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
- Assist with the logistics and management of advertising and promotional materials.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in B2C sales leadership, managing teams of 15 or more collaborators.
- Proven experience or deep knowledge within the tourism industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software management.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
- Passion for the tourism sector and a desire to share industry knowledge.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is a plus (not mandatory).
