Supervisor de Ventas B2C PDV

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the B2C sales team to achieve and exceed commercial objectives.
• Develop strategies to increase sales volume and improve customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor team results and key performance metrics to ensure strategic alignment.
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff regarding new products, promotions, and protocols.
• Motivate the team and provide regular feedback to improve individual and collective performance.
• Resolve operational incidents and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Assist with the logistics and management of advertising and promotional materials.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in B2C sales leadership, managing teams of 15 or more collaborators.
• Proven experience or deep knowledge within the tourism industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software management.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
• Passion for the tourism sector and a desire to share industry knowledge.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is a plus (not mandatory).
