About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer service at the Plaza México branch and provide solutions for any incidents.
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools and supplies to maintain operational excellence.
- Meet the branch sales budget and review performance indicators on a daily basis.
- Receive, register, and follow up on all complaints, suggestions, comments, and compliments according to established procedures.
Requirements
- Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personnel management.
