Responsibilities

• Perform biological sample collection and provide warm, high-quality care to patients
• Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and the shipment of samples
• Ensure service excellence by following all current company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory, cash control (audits and closing), and staff evaluations
• Lead and supervise the team to ensure operational efficiency and problem resolution
• Handle difficult customer situations and complaints effectively

Requirements

• Degree and professional license (Título y cédula) in Técnico Laboratorista Clínico, Lic. En Enfermería, or QFB
• 3 years of experience in patient care and biological sample collection
• Technical knowledge of sample collection and at least one clinical cabinet (radiological or non-radiological)
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and cash control
