Responsibilities

• Perform biological sample collection and provide warm, high-quality care to patients.
• Support clinical processes including electrocardiograms and the shipment of samples.
• Oversee branch operations including inventory management and cash control (audits and daily cuts).
• Manage and evaluate staff performance to ensure service excellence.
• Handle difficult customer situations and complaints with effective communication and problem-solving.
• Ensure all team activities comply with current company policies and clinical procedures.

Requirements

• Degree and professional license (Título y cédula) in Técnico Laboratorista Clínico, Lic. En Enfermería, or QFB.
• 3 years of experience in patient care and biological sample collection.
• Technical knowledge of sample collection and experience with at least one diagnostic cabinet (radiological or non-radiological).
• Proven leadership skills and experience in staff supervision and evaluation.
• Strong skills in inventory management and cash handling.
