Responsibilities
- Monitor the behavior and performance of partners and their staff
- Establish commercial strategies to drive growth
- Advise and clarify doubts regarding operations, equipment, and facility needs
- Ensure follow-up on maintenance reports and timely response to government requirements
- Meet sales and utility objectives for assigned stores
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Administrative areas
- Proven experience in retail supervision
- Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Experience in cash handling and value transport (traslado de valores)
- Availability to work flexible schedules
- Proficiency in computer use
- Ability to travel between different business units in the Toluca area
