Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 15 in-house sales consultants
- Ensure achievement of commercial goals and manage approximately 28 daily performance KPIs (conversion, TMA, quality, revenue, etc.)
- Critically analyze commercial strategies and customer behavior to identify bottlenecks and sales opportunities
- Map main contact reasons and propose continuous improvements in commercial approach processes
- Drive the sale of specific products
- Maintain a high-energy, high-performance environment balancing results management with respect for people
Requirements
- Completed Higher Education
- Solid experience as a Sales Supervisor
- Proven experience in Call Center / Active or Inbound Telemarketing sales operations
- Success history in managing teams focused on aggressive sales targets
- Full availability to work on a 6x1 scale (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) with flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, and night)
- Multiskill profile: resilience, adaptability, and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
