About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise vehicle fleet availability to ensure operational continuity and profitability.
- Consolidate and manage failure reports provided by operators.
- Oversee and perform necessary repairs on fleet units.
- Conduct inspections of reported faulty units through visual, physical, and test drive assessments.
- Manage and follow up on both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports regarding workshop activities and performance.
- Maintain availability according to assigned shifts and schedules.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida).
- Proven experience in fleet management.
- Extensive experience in the maintenance of heavy-duty cargo units.
- Experience in personnel management and leadership.
