About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the Customer Solutions team in the Querétaro region.
- Ensure timely and efficient response to service reports, including damages, thefts, international services, and LTL.
- Manage and supervise assigned personnel, promoting teamwork and goal achievement.
- Organize operational activities and team training.
- Present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and executive presentations to regional and national management.
- Use Excel for data processing and metric tracking.
- Collaborate across company departments to implement effective solutions and improve customer experience.
- Guarantee compliance with quality standards and established response times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (Preparatoria).
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience managing and analyzing KPIs.
