About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the Customer Solutions team in the Querétaro region.
  • Ensure timely and efficient response to service reports, including damages, thefts, international services, and LTL.
  • Manage and supervise assigned personnel, promoting teamwork and goal achievement.
  • Organize operational activities and team training.
  • Present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and executive presentations to regional and national management.
  • Use Excel for data processing and metric tracking.
  • Collaborate across company departments to implement effective solutions and improve customer experience.
  • Guarantee compliance with quality standards and established response times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (Preparatoria).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing and analyzing KPIs.
