Supervisor de Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operational implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) processes within assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable external legal requirements and internal HSE standards.
• Exercise authority to stop unsafe acts or conditions that pose risks to people, facilities, or the environment.
• Manage the correction of identified risks and implement preventive measures.
• Execute tasks related to strategic HSE objectives, indicators, and specific projects.
• Develop documented information, including procedures, formats, and operating instructions.
• Collect and record necessary data in the HSE database.
• Conduct personnel training in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
• Participate in risk analyses, environmental impact assessments, and incident reporting.
• Support audits, inspections, and visits from various stakeholders.
• Oversee contractor compliance programs within the facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar HSE role.
• English language proficiency at a B1 level.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
