Supervisor de Rastreo Satelital

Responsibilities

• Supervise active satellite tracking of local and long-distance routes to ensure the safety of operators, goods, and company assets.
• Audit fuel consumption, GPS vehicle mileage, and route-related cash expenditures.
• Investigate and implement improvements for GPS equipment and monitoring processes.
• Analyze operational opportunities across different regional branches and locations.
• Prepare detailed reports for Management and Direction.
• Coordinate with security authorities and insurance companies regarding incidents.
• Manage payroll reporting and oversee assigned personnel and route incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in GPS monitoring or similar supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in active route mapping and satellite monitoring platforms.
• Strong knowledge of national geography.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and responsibility.
