Supervisor de promotoría en farmacias

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the field team of promoters within pharmacies and retail chains.
• Ensure correct execution of product displays, planograms, and POP material.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, coverage, and productivity.
• Train and develop the team in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Conduct periodic point-of-sale visits for auditing and field accompaniment.
• Generate management reports and propose continuous improvement plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, sales, and logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or technical degree in Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience supervising promoter or sales teams in the pharmacy or retail channel.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Lima.
• Proficiency in managing commercial KPIs.
• Intermediate Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Full availability for field work and travel to different areas within the region.
