About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SSD) to meet QCTS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety) objectives
- Identify and address line stoppages promptly, implementing effective countermeasures to ensure production volume
- Supervise workplace safety by preventing unsafe acts and conditions and promoting correct PPE usage
- Develop personnel through continuous training and job rotation schemes
- Analyze causes of non-conforming material (scrap) and establish corrective actions for reduction
- Implement and ensure compliance with quality methodologies such as QRQC and Stopping Line
- Monitor daily area KPIs (QCTS) and ensure all targets are met
- Efficiently manage human and material resources within the production area
- Apply continuous improvement tools including TQM, Kaizen, and CAPDO
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role (internal) or 1 year (external)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production control
- Ability to interpret and manage operational KPIs (QCTS)
- Knowledge of industrial safety and compliance with standard operating procedures (SSD)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of NPW, Genba Kanri, TQM, and Kaizen methodologies
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of probability and statistics
- Basic to intermediate English skills
- Strong soft skills including leadership, emotional intelligence, and teamwork
