Supervisor de Prevenção a Perdas

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects related to Loss Prevention and Investigations within Mercado Envios facilities.
• Lead, develop, and organize a team of Loss Prevention and Investigation analysts.
• Plan and execute process audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure corrective action plans are implemented.
• Define, monitor, and analyze Loss Prevention indicators to propose and lead loss reduction initiatives.
• Work closely with operations to ensure adherence to procedures, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree.
• Proven experience in logistics, continuous improvement, process management, or team management.
• Experience in loss prevention within high-complexity operational environments.
• Practical experience with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram).
• Solid knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Presentations.
• Experience with Dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI) tools and quantitative data analysis.
• Availability to work onsite in Guarulhos - SP with flexibility to visit different shifts.
