Supervisor de Operaciones

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational personnel across various plant areas, including warehouse, production, and bulk operations.
• Ensure efficient scheduling for mixing, packaging, loading, unloading, and inventory management.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facility installations.
• Manage personnel administration, including payroll and training for operational staff.
• Monitor and report unsafe acts or conditions to ensure strict compliance with safety policies.
• Execute monthly inventories and maintain control over floor hazardous materials (solvents).
• Depending on the specific area, manage production planning, bulk tank administration, or warehouse route validation and dispatch.

Requirements

• Technical High School diploma (Preparatoria Técnica).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production processes.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an area supervisor.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in personnel administration and team leadership.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to travel occasionally if required.
