Supervisor de Operaciones TT

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control operational cycles to ensure local and foreign shipments are routed, classified, and delivered according to service guarantees.
• Monitor route departure, arrival, and travel times through vehicle tracking and scanning to meet customer delivery windows.
• Oversee transport equipment readiness and perform periodic inspections to ensure units are mechanically sound and fully equipped.
• Manage fuel efficiency by analyzing mileage and route performance to optimize usage and costs.
• Coordinate with the maintenance area to ensure all arriving units undergo necessary inspections and repairs.
• Utilize SAP to supervise the capture of mechanical failure reports and manage administrative tasks such as attendance, travel, and overtime reports.
• Manage route assignments, waybills, and operator expense accounts to ensure operational continuity.
• Conduct weekly meetings with operators to analyze performance indicators and implement operational adjustments.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Transport, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and transport companies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically within courier and parcel companies.
• Proven experience managing personnel and projects within a logistics environment.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong knowledge of route design, loading/unloading, and traffic management.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
