Responsibilities

• Supervise and control operational processes and cycles to ensure all local and foreign shipments are correctly routed, classified, and sent.
• Manage and direct operational personnel, including overseeing weighing, classification, routing, and labeling tasks.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available for daily operations.
• Lead the training and professional development of the operational team.
• Determine and communicate pre-alerts to other locations regarding incoming cargo volumes.
• Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control area.
• Implement and manage contingency plans to maintain service levels.

• Proven experience in operational supervision and logistics.
• Strong skills in personnel management and team leadership.
• Experience in shipment control and monitoring.
• Ability to manage return indicators and operational metrics.
