Supervisor de Montajes y Movimientos

Responsibilities

• Manage workload by following up on and prioritizing work order requests.
• Coordinate services with various departments including providers, audiovisual, cleaning, gardening, electrical, climate control, and security.
• Supervise and facilitate the work of collaborators to ensure timely completion of event setups and office movements.
• Ensure the proper transport and presentation of materials, furniture, and supplies requested for events.
• Monitor and supply material and equipment requirements for both collaborators and users.
• Maintain updated inventories of furniture and equipment.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• Proven experience in event organization and administration.
• Experience in personnel management and team coordination.
• Strong customer service and user attention skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
