Responsibilities

• Perform punctual monitoring and follow-up of e-commerce orders
• Manage logs and document opportunities for process improvement
• Provide support to delivery personnel and resolve or report incidents occurring during the shift
• Maintain constant communication with other departmental areas to ensure smooth process flow
• Notify various teams of delivery eventualities and supervise trips, collections, and transfers

Requirements

• Completed technical high school diploma (Bachillerato técnico) or Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience in a contact center, monitoring, or a similar role
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
