Responsibilities

• Map management tools within Mercado Libre, developing solutions and establishing critical paths for implementing new logistical processes.
• Create and implement management tools, such as strategic dashboards and productivity measurement tools, by automating information flows from Meli systems.
• Act as an analytical liaison between the warehouse operations and the technological development (PD) team.
• Identify productivity opportunities and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions.
• Manage continuous improvement governance in collaboration with operations, driving a culture of continuous beta testing and optimization.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, and operational flow improvement.
• Experience in time measurement, efficiency, and productivity analysis.
• Expertise in project management and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to create, structure, and present solid business cases for proposed solutions.
• Proficiency in handling large volumes of data and management reporting.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt, Black Belt preferred).
• Technical proficiency in BigQuery, Looker Studio, and SQL.
