Supervisor de Manufactura

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with industrial safety standards for assigned personnel
• Ensure strict adherence to process standards and production plans
• Track Global Equipment Effectiveness (EGE) and manage production targets
• Prepare area reports and ensure timely data entry (downtime, defects, and waste)
• Participate in cyclic and monthly material inventories
• Guarantee product quality, safety, and legality through good manufacturing practices
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and rapid Kaizen participation
• Manage administrative tasks including payroll, vacation control, and daily attendance

Requirements

• Professional degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in production, processes, continuous improvement, or maintenance
• Proven experience as a functional team leader and managing projects
• Strong interest in professional development within the production field
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Availability to work rotating shifts and schedules
