Supervisor de Loja

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a store team of 5 employees, promoting engagement and high performance.
• Supervise customer service to ensure consultative sales standards and excellence.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators including daily sales, leads, follow-ups, and productivity.
• Implement strategies to increase conversion rates, average ticket size, and upselling/cross-selling.
• Conduct weekly team meetings for feedback, alignment, and strategic planning.
• Manage operational and administrative processes, including work schedules and store organization.
• Actively participate in sales and negotiations during critical periods to ensure goal achievement.
• Interpret analytical data and reports to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree.
• Proven experience in the tourism sector and in commercial roles.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM and reservation systems.
• Knowledge of tourism products such as airfare, lodging, tours, cruises, and circuits.
• Availability to work on-site at Shopping Taboão da Serra on a 6x1 scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• High level of proactivity and a results-oriented mindset.
