Supervisor de Logística

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure the efficiency of receiving, storage, picking, reverse logistics, and shipping operations.
• Manage the logistics team by organizing activities, providing training, and delivering performance feedback.
• Monitor order portfolios for online and retail channels to ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee the complete order cycle, including processing, picking, packing, documentation, and dispatch.
• Ensure stock accuracy through periodic audits and by leading inventory counting teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring proper equipment use and adherence to safety protocols.
• Support budget management, headcount planning, and recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Logistics, Administration, or a related field.
• Solid experience working with ERP and WMS systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Proven experience in high-performance logistics operations handling large order volumes.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, training, and people development.
• Strong background in inventory control and conducting effective audits.
